Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the national standards and practices for home inspectors. It is important to understand that a “Home Inspection” is a visual, non-invasive, evaluation of the property’s major structural components in order to identify defects, safety issues, and required repairs. A home inspection does not enforce or report upon “code” violations.

As a client, one shall receive a full-scale inspection of the structural components of the residence, to include but not limited to, the foundation, exterior building envelope, grade and drainage, the roofing system, electrical, plumbing, decks, porches, patios, walkways, fire safety, and crawlspace/basement inspections.

Standard Home Inspection: 450.00

• Up to 3000 Square Feet

Includes: A Full Home Inspection as outlined in the National Standards complete with aerial photographs of the property and roofing system, photographs taken during the inspection, and a comprehensive report detailing the inspection/findings.

Premium Home Inspection: 600.00

• 3,000+ Square Feet

This includes the same as the Standard Home Inspection detailed above but accounts for the additional square footage and time.
