ANNUAL MAINTENANCE EVALUATION
Now that you have purchased your new home, it is your responsibility to maintain your houses appearance, functionality, and overall condition. The best way to keep up with this is by having an Annual Maintenance Evaluation completed once a year. The Annual Maintenance Evaluation is an annual inspection of your residences major structural and operational components. The Annual Maintenance Evaluation is designed to give the home owner a detailed report of the houses overall condition and any deficiencies that need to be monitored or fixed. Much like your vehicle, your residence requires Preventive Maintenance, Checks, and Services (PMCS) in order to maintain safety, appearance, and operational functionality.
